Legal Support

It is increasingly apparent to me that justice is not bestowed.  Rather it is sought and attained by
by those who thirst for it and actively seek it.  I have the honor to have encountered in Portland
attorneys who have shown special legal expertise and more important compassion and understanding
toward transgendered individuals.  I am confident there are others who are also expert.  I list those
whom I personally have encountered and dealt with.  If  a reader has had a good experience with an
attorney not listed please let me know.  Justice for one of us is justice for all of us.

A recent legal opinion was just handed down that may be of benefit to individuals who are transgendered and denied employment because of gender dsyphoria  See  http://www.gendertree.com/Legal.htm. Other legal opinions that may be helpful are Smith V. Salem Oh and Enriques vs Jersey Health Systems
