Legal Support

It is increasingly apparent to me that justice is not bestowed.  Rather it is sought and attained by
by those who thirst for it and actively seek it.  I have the honor to have encountered in Portland
attorneys who have shown special legal expertise and more important compassion and understanding
toward transgendered individuals.  I am confident there are others who are also expert.  I list those
whom I personally have encountered and dealt with.  If  a reader has had a good experience with an
attorney not listed please let me know.  Justice for one of us is justice for all of us.

A recent legal opinion was just handed down that may be of benefit to individuals who are transgendered and denied employment because of gender dsyphoria  See Other legal opinions that may be helpful are Smith V. Salem Oh and Enriques vs Jersey Health Systems
